Supplier-Specific Terms

Travel suppliers often impose terms limiting or excluding liability for issues such as death, personal injury, delays, or loss/damage to baggage.
It is your responsibility to contact the relevant supplier directly to review all applicable terms and conditions before making a booking through Arika Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation and Amendment Fees

Many advance purchase or discounted travel products involve significant cancellation or amendment fees
In some cases, cancellations result in no refunds for holidays, air tickets, or other products. If your booking allows cancellations, the refund amount—after deducting applicable cancellation charges—will be processed within 30 days
Any cancellation of a booking must be informed to Arika Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd. in writing. Cancellation will only be effective from the date and time the cancellation letter/email is received.
In case of cancellations initiated by airlines or hotels, any refund payable to the guest will only be processed after Arika Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd. receives the refund from the respective authorities.

Binding Agreement

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, you are bound by the terms and conditions established by the relevant travel supplier.
